Management Changes at VendLand

Alexander Maysov

The change of management at VendLand has taken place again in August. Igor Sheinin General Director of National Vending Corporation, Sergey Tkachenko Director of Network Development, Alena Shinkarenko Manager of Network Development and Svetlana Vishnevskaya Sales manager of Trading House were dismissed from their positions.

The above changes were caused by the fact that the shareholders were not satisfied with the efficiency and growth rate of network that did not conform to the choosed strategy.

As a result, the Board of Directors has taken a decision to appoint Alexander Maysov – one of partners and founders of the Group – The General Manager of The Group.

Earlier Alexander was a head of VendLand from the day of its foundation in 2001 and upto April 2006 when Stanislav Syrotkin was appointed the General director of Managing company.

At that time, Maysov as a President of a Group, was entrusted to be the main former of business development strategy. However, in practice it had become clear that none of the newly invited managers was able neither to promote, nor to support the development level gained within the period from 2001 to 2006. That was the main reason for returning the management under the control of Alexander Maysov as a basic leader, both in tactical and strategic planning.

We will learn about the results achieved during the fist two months of new management in the coming time from the interview with Alexander himself, which will be surely published at our website.
